Tinto Can Rich "LAUSOS"
(Rotwein "LAUSOS")

Variety:
Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cultivation:
The grapes are espaliered and cultivated according to the regulations of the Balearic Council for Ecological Agriculture.

Grape harvest:
In the month of August the grapes are hand-picked, followed by a rapid transport to the winery in order to prevent possible oxydation.

Processing:
The pressing is followed by a ripening in stainless steal receptacles at controlled temperature.

Reife:
Tinto Can Rich "LAUSOS" continues to ripen in barrels made from new french oak, and afterwards during a minimum of eight month in the bottle.

Temperature:
16º to 18º C.
