Vino Dulce de Licor "Can Rich" (Sweet liqueur wine)
Variety: Malvasía.
Cultivation: The grapes are espaliered and cultivated according to the regulations of the Balearic Council for Ecological Agriculture.
Grape harvest: In the month of August the grapes are hand-picked, followed by a rapid transport to the winery in order to prevent possible oxydation.
Processing: Lightly pressing the grapes,
the ripening of the resulting must in stainless steel receptacles at controlled temperatures is stoped early.
Reife: Afterwards the ripening is continued in barrels made from french "Alier"oak.
Temperatur: 8º to 10º C.
