Rosado Can Rich
(Rosé wine)

Variety:
Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cultivation:
The grapes are espaliered and cultivated according to the regulations of the Balearic Council for Ecological Agriculture.

Grape harvest:
In the month of August the grapes are hand-picked, followed by a rapid transport to the winery in order to prevent possible oxydation.

Processing:
Lightly pressing the grapes, the resulting must ripens in stainless steel receptacles at controlled temperatures.

Temperature:
6º to 8º C.
