Tinto Can Rich (red wine)
Variety: Merlot, Tempranillo and Monastrell.
Cultivation: The grapes are espaliered and cultivated according to the regulations of the Balearic Council for Ecological Agriculture.
Grape harvest: In the month of August the grapes are hand-picked, followed by a rapid transport to the winery in order to prevent possible oxydation.
Processing: After the pressing the ripening takes places in stainless steal receptacles at controlled temperature and a following ripening in barrels made from french and american oak.
Temperature: 12º to 16º C.
