Tinto Selección Can Rich (red wine selection)
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Monastrell.
Cultivation: The grapes are espaliered and cultivated according to the regulations of the Balearic Council for Ecological Agriculture.
Grape harvest: In the month of August the grapes are hand-picked, followed by a rapid transport to the winery in order to prevent possible oxydation.
Processing: Lightly pressing the grapes, the resulting must ripens in stainless steel receptacles at controlled temperatures.
Ripening: Tinto Selección Can Rich ripens during eight month in barrels made from french and american oak, and another minimum of six month in the bottle.
Temperature: 16º to 18º C.
